Privates

Private sessions are a customized workout focusing on your specific needs and goals. The one-on-one attention and access to all of the equipment leads to faster results. Privates are required before entering a class. The instructor will work with each client to determine when they are ready to enter a class. All clients benefit from a periodic private to enhance their group practice. Privates offer the ultimate scheduling convenience. 
Pricing: 
One Time New Client Package: 3 Privates $135  
One Session- $55
Ten Sessions - $500

Semi-Privates

Semi-Privates are not offered at this time. Semi-Private sessions offer individualized attention in a more cost effective format. It is fun and motivating to work with a workout partner. Be sure to partner with a committed friend. If they cancel or can't make it, you have to cancel too or pay the cost of a private session.

One time New Client Package: 3 Semi-Privates for $75 per person
One session - $30 per person  
Ten Sessions - $270 per person

Classes

Group Classes are not available at this time. Group classes create a wonderful social dynamic that makes working out fun. Reformer and Tower classes are limited to 4 clients to insure individual attention. Want to set up your own class? With a group of at least 3 you can pick the day and time for your class. Instructor determines class placement based on working level of each client. Classes subject to change based on participation.
